What You Need to Prepare

One classical speech (from Shakespeare or similar – not film or poetry), One contrasting contemporary speech (post-1980, from, All speeches must be memorised and no longer than 2 minutes each, One song in your vocal range – We will have a pianist available for your audition. If you plan to sing with accompaniment, please let us know in advance whether you’ll be bringing sheet music. Make sure your music is in the key you intend to sing it in, and if possible, submit your sheet music ahead of time to help things run smoothly. If you’re looking for music

You’ll also take part in a group dance session – no preparation required.

You will not be judged on one area alone – the panel considers all parts of your audition equally.

Auditioning in all three disciplines Acting, Singing, and Dance is mandatory for all applicants. Each discipline has a separate audition date. You must ensure you register separately for each one to be fully considered.
